-Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@tatsmart.ca with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

-Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

-Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

-Eligibility: We do not accept exchanges unless the item you received is defective or incorrect due to our error.

-Exchange Process: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at support@tatsmart.ca with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.

-Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as sale cannot be returned.
